Two Programs.
One Shared Goal.
Fresh Coast Counseling offers developmentally distinct day treatment programs for children and adolescents who need more support than routine outpatient therapy can provide.
Support Designed Around Each Stage of Development
Children and adolescents experience emotions, relationships, school demands, and family life differently. Fresh Coast Counseling provides separate program tracks so treatment, communication, activities, and skill-building can be matched to each youth’s developmental needs.
Both programs combine individualized treatment, family involvement, coordinated care, structured skill practice, and a supportive therapeutic environment.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one psychotherapy connected to each youth’s treatment goals.
Family Involvement
Caregiver participation in treatment planning, progress discussions, and transition preparation.
Although each program is adapted to the youth’s age and developmental needs, both tracks provide individualized treatment, family involvement, coordinated care, structured skill-building, and a supportive therapeutic environment.
What Both Programs Include
Group Psychotherapy
Clinician-led groups supporting emotional, behavioral, and relationship growth.
Care Coordination
Collaboration with schools, providers, prescribers, and community supports when properly authorized.
Skills & Support Groups
Structured practice focused on coping, communication, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.
Real-Life Skill Practice
Coaching and support as youth practice new skills throughout the program day.
Treatment at Fresh Coast begins with understanding the specific strengths and challenges of each young person. Our care is rooted in the belief that every child and teen deserves a therapeutic plan as unique as they are, fostering resilience and growth through personalized support and evidence-based practices.
Individual Goals
Treatment focuses on the areas most important to the youth and family.
Care Built Around the Individual
Ongoing Review
Progress, needs, and services are reviewed and adjusted throughout treatment.
Transition Planning
Planning for discharge and less intensive support begins early in the treatment process.

Families and professionals do not need to have every answer before reaching out. Our team can explain the programs, review referral information, and help determine whether an intake appointment may be appropriate.
Submitting a referral begins the screening process and does not guarantee admission.
